Concret CAD operates this website from its office at Arieșeni Street, no. 5, Dumbrăvița, Timiș County, Romania. Questions about personal information can be sent to office@concretcad.ro or asked by phone at +40 748 434 039, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. The firm was founded on 14 March 2011. The identifiers published on the site are CUI 28176474, VAT number RO28176474, and trade register J2011000538352.

The contact form collects the name, email address, phone number, service of interest, subject, and message you type. The page sends those fields through EmailJS to the office inbox so the firm can reply to the quote request. Before the form is accepted, Google reCAPTCHA checks that the submission is not automated. reCAPTCHA processes the technical data Google requires for that check, under Google's own terms.

Pages load Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-ZEHCSNHM8W. Analytics records pages visited and technical details such as browser, device, and approximate location, using cookies, so we can see how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site does not create customer accounts, and Concret CAD does not sell personal information.

The contact page loads an OpenStreetMap map, so the browser requests map tiles from openstreetmap.org, and a marker icon from unpkg.com. The same page loads a Cal.com scheduling button for a 15-minute call (concretcad/15min). Those services may receive your IP address and browser data when the contact page opens.

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and for ordinary business records. To ask what information we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email office@concretcad.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
